Cancellations: After registration, an attendee may find that a schedule conflict arises.

• Cancellations by October 24 will receive a refund of the amount paid minus a cancellation fee of $200 per person.

• No refund is given for cancellations after October 24 or a no show to the workshop.

In order to maintain a sense of community and accountability, all attendees are required to stay at the hotel hosting the program and have a roommate. No daily commuting is allowed.
