This pack is for those participating in the Lose It For Life Series 2 group study. During the 18 week study you will spend time with your group once a week in discussion and prayer. From there you will continue your work on an individual basis by listening to the participant audio companion CD and daily working through the Scriptures, devotional thoughts and journaling in the Study Guide & Devotional Journal.
